This page

The homepage explains what we do and lets you book a fifteen minute call. The call is free and there is nothing to buy on this page. You can end the call at any time. If you need to move or cancel it, the confirmation email has the links.

The prices shown

The monthly plans, setup and website prices on the homepage are our published prices, and the date they were set is on the page. Plans are month to month. Anything that moves a price is quoted on the call, in writing, before any work starts. We can change our published prices, and a change never touches work you have already agreed in writing.

What we do not promise

We do not promise a ranking, a position, a number of calls or a number of jobs. Nobody who is honest can, because Google, Apple and the AI assistants decide what they show and they do not take instructions from us.

What we say on the call is our reading of what we can see on the day we look. If we tell you something looks fixable in ninety days, that is our judgment from doing this for ten years, not a guarantee.

What is on the page

• The 90-day report is a sample. It shows a made-up plumber, it is labeled as one, and its numbers are not a result for any real business.
• The reviews are real. They are Google reviews of Day by Day Digital, the company behind SwarmSystem, quoted word for word with the reviewer's name and photo as posted on Google.
• The search test opens other sites. The Google, ChatGPT and Perplexity buttons take your search to those companies. What they show is theirs, not ours.

What you own

If you later hire us, everything we build for you is yours. The pages, the profile work, the content, the listings. If you stop working with us it goes with you and it keeps working. We do not hold your website, your domain, your Google profile or your ad account hostage, and we do not charge a fee to release anything.

The tools we use to do the work stay ours. That is the ordinary line: you own the asset, we own the machinery.

Any work after the call

Nothing on this page commits you to anything and nothing on this page commits us to anything beyond the call itself. If you decide to hire us, that is a separate agreement with its own scope and its own price, in writing, and it is month to month.

Your side of it

Give us a real email address and a real phone number, because the call details go there. Do not book the call on behalf of a business you have nothing to do with. Do not try to break, scrape or overload this site.

This is for business owners and people they have asked to handle this. It is not for anyone under 18.

Things outside our control

This page depends on other companies to work: the booking calendar, the video player, the fonts, our website host. If one of them goes down, part of the page or the call can go with it. We will fix what we can reach and we are not liable for the parts we cannot.

Liability

We give you our honest read and you make your own business decisions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost business, arising from this site or from anything said on a free call. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

Changes

If we change these terms we will change the date at the top.
