Privacy Policy

What we collect when you visit or book a call, why, and who else sees it.

Last updated September 30, 2026. SwarmSystem is a service of Day by Day Digital, Austin, Texas.

What we collect

The Text Justin button opens your own messages app. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself. The message is written for you, and you can change it or delete it first.

The search test stays in your browser. What you type in the trade and town boxes is not sent to us. It only leaves your browser if you press Google, ChatGPT or Perplexity, which opens that company's own site with your search, and their privacy policy applies there.

Nothing is sold on this page, so we never ask for a card and no payment details reach us.

Why we collect it

Who else sees it

We use outside companies to run parts of this page. They only get what they need to do their job.

CompanyWhat it doesWhat it receives
HighLevelRuns the booking calendar and holds the contact recordYour name, email and mobile number when you book, your texts if you text us, and technical information.
Google (Fonts)Supplies the typefacesYour browser asks Google for the fonts, which tells Google your IP address.
Google (Analytics)Counts visits and shows which pages people readA browser identifier, your IP address (Google uses it to work out rough location), general device type, and the pages you visit. Not your name or contact details.
Google (YouTube)Shows the TEDx talkThe preview picture loads from YouTube with the page, which tells YouTube your IP address. The video itself only loads when you press play, in YouTube's privacy enhanced mode.
SendblueCarries texts to and from our business number, (512) 638-9169, into HighLevelYour phone number and your messages, only if you text us.
VercelHosts this pageStandard web server logs, including IP address.

Cookies and similar storage

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. To do that, Google sets a few cookies in your browser. They tell a return visit apart from a new one. They do not carry your name or contact details.

To turn it off on a computer, install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. On a phone or tablet, use a browser or content blocker that blocks Google Analytics. Blocking or deleting cookies stops Google from linking your visits together, but page views are still counted.

If you press play on the TEDx talk, YouTube may set its own cookies. The booking calendar is a window onto HighLevel's site, and HighLevel may set its own cookies inside it.

How long we keep things

If you book a call, your contact record is kept while we are talking and for seven years after any paid work, because tax and accounting rules require it. If you never hire us, you can ask us to delete it at any time. Server logs are kept by our host for its standard period and then deleted.

Your choices

Write to hello@swarmsystem.com and you can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. We will reply within 30 days. If you are in a place with laws such as GDPR or the CCPA that give you extra rights, those rights apply to you here and we will honor them.

About selling your information. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. Analytics does not collect your name or contact details.

Children

This is for business owners. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If the change is significant and you are a customer, we will email you.
